UK Returns
Change of Mind:

Return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or stains (including make-up) will not be refunded. Return shipping for such items is the customer’s responsibility.

Include your order confirmation or dispatch note with your return.

Refunds:

We refund the price paid for returned items (including discounts/promotions).

Delivery charges are not refunded.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs, facial hair, fake teeth, face paints, make-up, eyelashes, masks, hosiery, underwear, or any opened sealed items (unless faulty).

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

10% restocking fee applies to all international refunds.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Use a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

Shipping fees are not refunded.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
We cannot amend delivery addresses after dispatch.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If tracking shows delivery to the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping for faulty/incorrect items.

Processing Times
Returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt (up to 1 week during September–December).

Refunds are issued after inspection.

Additional Notes
We cannot refund or exchange worn, used, or soiled items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
