Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Standard processing time is **1–2 working days** before dispatch. During peak months (September–December), processing may extend to **2–4 working days**.
A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery typically arrives within **2–3 working days** after dispatch.
Next Day orders are delivered the **next working day** when selected at checkout.

International Delivery
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, generally between **3–15 working days**.
Customers are responsible for any **import duties, customs fees, or taxes** charged by the destination country.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
To ensure successful delivery:
Delivery addresses **cannot be changed after dispatch.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Forever Fancy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels.

Failed / Undeliverable Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable:
Customers may request re-delivery** (shipping fee applies), or
A refund can be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Returns Policy
UK Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Free from stains (including make-up)
In original packaging
Returned with order confirmation or dispatch note included
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage will not be refunded.

Refunds
We refund the price paid for the returned item(s), including discounts used at checkout.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within **14 days** of receiving and inspecting the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons,returns cannot be accepted for:
Wigs, facial hair, fake teeth
Face paints, make-up, eyelashes
Masks, hosiery, underwear
Any opened sealed item (unless faulty)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is **faulty or incorrect**.
International Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee** applies to all international returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A tracked delivery service is recommended.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty,damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return postage for faulty/incorrect items is fully covered by us.
Return Processing Times

During September–December, processing may take up to 1 week.
Refunds are issued after inspection is complete.
Additional Information
Worn, used, or soiled items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
